Indian Head is a prominent outcrop of cliff and rock above the lower end of Lower Ausable Lake. It offers one of the best views in the Adirondacks - namely, the view up the Fjord-like valley between Mount Colvin and Sawteeth. An easy hike, and a 'must-do'.
