High Peaks from Cascade
At the summit, I met ADK 46R treasurer Phil Corell. We had an extensive chat about anything and everything - membership fees, the usefulness of the internet (or lack thereof), trailless peaks, and many other things. It was very nice chatting with you, Phil. And yes, I will use a check the next time I send in my membership dues.

We had plans to meet Jean and Isabell for a group dinner at the ADK 46er cabin, and the afternoon was drawing on. We therefore left at around 2:40pm and headed back down the trail. About an hour and twenty minutes later we were back at the trailhead. The Cascade Mountain trail is such a short route!
