Thanks everyone. Filling out my ADK46 membership application today (just received the forms). Andrew, by my count that was your 6th trip to East Dix ... thanks for going again. You were there on my first official ADK46 peak and it was great to have you there for the last. And many many many thanks for all the various great adventures in between. I look forward to many more years of "getting out there". Jenn, I have no intent to hang the boots up; and will continue the never ending quest to be "fast Brian" (hey it can happen).

Hey Harold and Brian ... I really enjoyed the narrative of your final ascents, so well illustrated as always with AL's great photos -- I feel you really picked a fun route too -- though not as fun as breaking out Hough-Pough-Carson in deep snow!  I really hope to hike with you guys again soon ... now go get those patches !  lol

Congratulations Brian and Harold! That was sure a tough day. I hope this means you won't be hanging up your hiking boots for good. I look forward to decades more of hiking with you!!
