Folks on Bond
Moosilauke and Liberty
We spent a good twenty to thirty minutes enjoying the views and taking many, many pictures (as you can see). This one summit session did much to help reduce the annoyance of the socked-in summit situation of earlier in the day, although looking over at Bondcliff's wonderful summit made think that I'd like to come back some day and hike that peak in the clear. Perhaps a winter traverse??

Heading Back
The sun was nearing the horizon when we finally decided to head back. Along the way, we managed to snap a few final shots of some spectacular twilight color scenes.

Well packed-in
Upon returning to our already crowded overflow campspot, we discovered that a few more late arrivals had been crammed in. Clearly the lower tentsites had also already been filled up, meaning that our reasoning about not needing to be moved down to the main campsite had been correct.

I helped our newcomers squeeze their somewhat largeish tent into our already small patch of flat ground. I don't think I've been in such a tightly crammed group of tents before!
