We needed to be back in Ottawa at a reasonable hour, so we didn't dally too long at the summit. We made our way back west along the ridge, enjoying it as much as we did on the way up.

Helping the knee
Our way down was impeded by a couple of physical limitations - one of Luke's knees was bugging him, and I had done something in my right ankle that caused it to be quite sore when it was bent into a very specific position. Still, we managed a decent overall clip, making it back to the car just under six hours after we started.

This hike gets a big 5 stars! Highly, highly... highly recommended.
