Lounging about
We anchored near Simcoe Island and cooked up some chicken burgers on Roland's mini Propane barbeque he has strapped onto the rear railing. Unfortunately, the fuel flow was quite low, so we had to very carefully insulate and slow-cook the burgers. Still, they got done! Sleeping aboard a small boat was an interesting experience. You get quite used to the rocking motion after a while, even to the point of feeling like things are still moving when you get back home! very strange. Overall, definitely an enjoyable experience.

The way back was quick: we had the winds to our backs and made essentially a beeline back to the Marina. Only one "jibe" was required over the whole distance. Click on the map below to get an overview of our journey along with speeds, times, etc.
