Interconnect 2017
Although not really the focus of this trip report, here are a few photos from the conference itself. It was really quite a spectacle, much of it coming from the sheer size of it (over 20,000 attendees). The keynote speech from IBM CEO Ginni Rometty was especially good - coming across as genuine and positive. A section of her talk, on "girls who code" - an initiative to close the gender gap in the tech industry - was especially positive, inspiring, and heartwarming.
