An unusual second trip to the desert southwest in one year -- to burn up excess vacation.
Highlights include a visit to the high country of the Sierra Nevada, a return to re-do the worlg's
longest slot canyon -- Buckskin Gulch -- after our 2008 failed attempt, and -- in a first for us -- we take to two wheels in order to sample a bit of classic desert singletrack.
