Theodore Roosevelt National Park is a wonderful place of weirdly eroded lands, pairie, and buffalo. I find it to be both a dramatic and peaceful place. I've also discovered that it has a most excellent scenic loop road. The road is very well-paved, has lots of tight twisties and lots of short up-and-down elevation changes. However, it is a scenic loop in a national park, so it has a fairly low speed limit and a fair bit of tourist traffic.
