The rapids got a little more tricky as we progressed downstream, but it was nothing overly difficult to handle. I'm no expert at rafting, but I'm pretty sure we were having a pretty tame rafting experience. Still, a good intro for someone like me.

Fun in the Washing Machine
After completing a full run of their standard course on the Red River, we trudged back up to a waiting bus, which transported us back up to the start. After a quick lunch, it was time for our second run, which Alex had us do a little faster and with perhaps slightly more challenging lines through the rapids. At various points, we stopped to allow some of our group to have a little fun diving off the rocks and into the water.

After the rafting, we were provided access to the hot tubs and a dinner back at the New World headquarters building, and then it was time to head home.
Overall, a fun and easy intro to rafting.
