I'd guess that this sign marks the "official-official" start of the Fundy Footpath. You can see that this sign pre-dates the inclusion of the Fundy National Park section, and therefor is only signed as far as the Fundy National Park bounday. For today, we only aim to make it as far as Seely Beach.
