Steep sideslope
Looking west along one of the ledge systems that must be followed on the ascent/descent of Marble Peak. Arn is heading down, away from the summit. He must angle across the steep face of this broad gully (mostly solid, but with a few spots of loose gravel). Beyond the trees on the left, easy path resumes for a short while.
