Ultimately you end up at the front of the ship where you climb back up onto the deck to make the return journey to the gangplank. There are nice views over the East Loch of Pearl Harbour, including views over to the USS Arizona Memorial and the USS Missouri Battleship. You may also see other large navy ships docked in the loch from time to time.

Once off the submarine, there are a few other land-based exhibits that are also part of the USS Bowfin submarine museum and park, including the partially cut away conning bridge and conning tower of the USS Parche.
