A bit of exposure
Soon the Boucher Trail junctions with the Tonto Trail. If you are headed for Boucher Creek or points on the Tonto West, turn left here. The Boucher Trail runs concurrently with the Tonto down to Boucher Creek, and is reached in perhaps twenty minutes from here.

Boucher Creek
The length of the described route (from the Hermit/Waldron junction to Boucher Creek) is 7.5 miles. Of course, you'll need to add an extra bit to account for whatever trailhead you are using (e.g. Hermit's Rest or the Waldron TH).
