Chris and Luke wave from atop the ancient Roman bridge, which spans a small mountain stream (the Rabbiosa) that flows down through a gorge from the hillside above the town. The bridge dates from Roman times, which means that it is probably at least 1500 years old. The bridge is only a few metres away from the Ca' De Val B&B we stayed at.
