As we ascend trail 637, we get excellent views back across the Valley of San Nicolo to the Passo San Nicolo. The now-small shape of the Rifugio Passo San Nicolo - where we stayed the night before - is clearly visible. The high pointy peak in the far background is 3152m10,340ft-high Piz Boe, located in the Sella Group.
