There are several major junctions in the Johns Brook Lodge area, and this is the one at the bottom of the Orebed Brook Trail. Although it is slightly longer, we probably should have gone left and walked by Johns Brook Lodge. Instead, we stayed straight and then were forced to bushwhack over to the main arterial trail (The Phelps Trail).
