Having a look at the interpretive sign at the junction of the Cataraqui Trail and the K&P trail. The K&P Trail (Kingston and Pembroke Trail) is another converted-to-trail rail line that used run between Kingston and Pembroke. If one takes the K&P south from this point, it leads to Kingston.
