Prepping with the hut dogs
Andrew prepares the M2 for the day's journey at Passo del Vivione, just outside the rifugio. The two "hut dogs" are lounging about - directly on the highway - outside the hut. I think that tells you all you need to know about how [not] busy this backway of a highway is.
