We practice setting up a simple 2-to-1 anchor system, using ice screws, prussick knots, webbing, and carabiners. Markus is in the background holding onto the weight of the 'victim'. The 'victim' is myself who (where the picture is taken from) is dangling helplessly in a crevasse (not really).
