Looking north to the upper "steps" of the so-called Grand Staircase of the Colorado plateau, from a lookout along US89A at the north end of the Kaibab Plateau. The Vermillion, White and Pink Cliffs can be seen. the Pink Cliffs - the highest - form the cliffs of Bryce Canyon National Park.
