A shot looking directly up the canyon of Bright Angel Creek in the Grand Canyon. The North Kaibab Trail runs from the Colorado river (bottom of image) to a point many kilometres up this canyon. Eventually the trail veers off west into a side canyon and winds its way up to the north rim.
