As foot trails go, the actual tread of the Panorama Trail is not that great. It is basically a track graded by a small grader, then pounded into a thin dusty layer by horses and bikes. The scenery is good, but the feel of walking on such a trail is less good. I'd do it next time on a bike - that would be fun!
