The Versatile A320 Family
Waiting for takeoff at Rome's Leonardo da Vinci airport afforded an opportunity to contrast two members of Airbus' versatile A320 family of narrowbody aircraft - the short-n-stubby A319 and the long-and-slender A321. Both share the exact same dimensions and fuselage, except of course for length. There is an even shorter version - the A318. As you might imagine, it is almost comically short.
