This is Hárkarl
This is Hárkarl, a traditional Icelandic food. It is essentially rotted, cured Greenland shark cubes. Apparently has a high content of urea. Yum. Buy it we did not. Apparently, eating Hárkarl is "associated with hardiness and strength". Yeah, I bet it is!
