This is Dr. Brian Leonard, an Ophthamologist and the president of Orbis Canada. Dr. Leonard works here in Ottawa at the Ottawa Eye Institute, but also volunteers for Orbis and occasionally accompanies them on their visits around the world, performing surgery and providing training. Here he is giving us a talk in the operating room of the DC-10 flying eye hospital.
