A Common Italian Sight
Here's a shot of something very ubiquitous in Italian towns and cities : the big 'T' sign, denoting a tobacco store. More generally, such a sign denotes a store that dispenses state-controlled goods and services, including: Tobacco (of course), lottery tickets, bus tickets, matches, stamps, paper for official documents, etc. Usually Tabaccai also sell other sundry general store items.
