Santa Maria dell'Orazione e Morte
This is the front facade to the church of Santa Maria dell'Orazione e Morte -- Saint Mary of the Prayer and Death. The church was built by a fraternity that was responsible for dealing with corpses in Rome. There are skulls and death imagery on the outside (and presumably inside) of the church.
