This is the Ulm Muenster, or Ulm Cathedral, in downtown Ulm, Germany. It is a very impressive Gothic structure, austere yet intricate. It has the highest church spire in the entire world, at over 500 feet high. In fact, it was the world's tallest building from 1890 to 1901.
