Luke rounds a scenic corner at the height of land on Warm Springs Mountain at WV-39. WV-39 has many good twisty bits, interspersed with straighter sections. It is one of a class of highways in the region which cuts across a series of high ridges. The twisties are located where the highway cuts across the ridges.
