The Big Dropoff
This is where the small nondescript upper wash of Scorpion Gulch suddenly deepens into a major canyon. You can't get down into Scorpion from here, you must go back a bit, left, then follow above the left-hand rim until you come to a nice sand dune that you can use to enter the canyon.
