A view down into Red Canyon
A good view down into Red Canyon from Moran Point. Red Canyon is the canyon in the foreground with the dark red rock down at the bottom (the Hakatai Shale). Our first days campsite can just barely be seen where Red Canyon meets the Colorado. See the annotated version for more of an idea of our route.
